Candace Cambden: Singer-Songwriter
Canadian singer-songwriter based in Northern Ireland. Formed the Broken Freedom Band (named after a song by her hero Kris Kristofferson) in 2003 and released the CD "Buffalo". Continues to perform with guitarist Ringo Dolenz and Highway 56. Her influences range from Emmylou Harris and Willie Nelson to Steve Earle, The Pogues and The Rolling Stones. She describes her style as "country-folk-rock".
